Had Charlie's dispatcher send jorge to my complex to take care of a water issue. Technician arrived on time as stated, completed the work as discussed, no hidden fees or charges. The plumber was super nice explaining to me the details of the system. Will definitely use them in the future. They did take my card over the phone to book but it was to make sure both of our times wouldnt be wasted.

I bought a house in Montrose two years ago and i had a contractor that added a new bathroom and redid another bathroom, the story is that of all the plumbing company in houston they are the best and the most efficient. I have called them 10 times since then so i meet 16 peoples that work for them and they all know what they do all of them. So if you need something fix call them they will fix it and give you advise.

This company was amazing Jose call me right away after I left a message to set up an appointment. He also kept me updated for arrival time 50 minutes later I had Philip at my door he was thorough he was kind he did what he needed to do for the time being to stop the leak. It took a while to find where the leaking was coming from. Philip never gave up until he finally found it. I'm so thankful. My original call was around 1 in the morning is now almost 3 in the morning, and due to their help my kitchen cabinets are safe
