Had a good initial impression when I got them to bid a job for me. Had some delays before I could get it started, and in the meantime called them for another small job. Seems like they have more business than they can handle. Waited on-hold 5 minutes when I called, then couldn't find a time that worked for almost two weeks. Booked that, and then a couple days prior they left me a message to confirm a different time and date. Called them back, waited 7 minutes on hold this time, and once again, was going to have to wait another week before they could come out. They may be good plumbers, but they need some help on the scheduling and answering the phones front. Impossible to deal with them. Finding someone else.

Wonderful company! Every employee I dealt with was professional, kind, honest! I want to thank the owner, Bob, service manager Chad, and Tammy at the office! I have never been so impressed with a plumbing company. Bob promised to take care of me and treat me fairly, and they did! Chad was amazingly professional, and kind, and made sure the work was done correctly and I was charged more than a fair price. Tammy stayed in contact with me, and kept me posted on appointment times, etc. 5 stars all the way!

Dont trust the time frame they give you. We were told 8 am and then on the day of the appointment after they didn't show up at appointment time or even close. Were told that it was scheduled for several hours later. Then when they didn't show up within the hour of that time frame. They claim they told us the window was an hour longer then previously stated. And then told me that my mother was mistaken and "accidentally heard" the wrong time as if it's possible to confuse 8 am to 11:30 am. Not TOLD the wrong time frame. My mother is only 50 she isnt senile or stupid as the secretary implied.
