Please BEWARE! I had these guys out on the Fall and got slapped with a 356 dollar “ we can't figure it out?” Bill. I had them out a second time today on a second try and the plumber they sent out was beyond unqualified. He installed the kitchen faucet in the wrong direction and got aggravated when I asked for him to correct it. He kept trying to install the incorrect flange and drain cover because he was too lazy to find a clamp that “ was not on his truck” for the custom one that i ordered from Mountain Plumbing a company that he said he had never heard of. I asked them to leave and naturally they wanted to get paid for work not completed. To spite me, they took parts from my Moen disposal as well as the clamp from the custom finish drain cover that they “ could not make fit”. The owner laughed in my face when I asked for their license number, told me to file a police report and then threatened to fill out “ a bad review on my husband” if I filled one out on his company. RUN from this horribly unprofessional place.

Great service again. Although as most Excellent plumbers, they were booked the day I called but Sid talked me how to keep my issue controlled till the next day. They also had to go to Austin to get a part to complete the work correctly and still finished that same afternoon. Good honest people.
