| Meg Killen | Pretty disappointed with my service at Fergusons. I had to chase them down after ordering some items. Very poor at returning phone calls and emails. Went weeks without hearing from them despite several messages left inquiring about my items ordered. Finally just stopped by to pick them up myself. After waiting almost 4 weeks for a shower head with no communication that it was actually back ordered I'm just giving up and going elsewhere. I may not be big business to these folks, but very poor customer service in my opinion. I get the feeling they prefer to deal with contractors who give them lots of business for fancy homes. |
