| Holly Postler | I scheduled an appointment for electrical work and they sent someone who just walked around for an hour and a half telling me that he has to be at another appointment and can't do much of anything and just kept talking to me. Then he left without finishing the work. I got charged for that time and then charged again when I was upset he didn't complete the job and that my appointment was cut short so they sent him back out and told me I wouldn't be charged but then I was. All in all there are much better alternatives in town who will not only actually do the work that you are paying for, but will also provide excellent customer service. |
| Barry Litchfield | They sent a plumber to fix two toilets that were loose and leaking at the floor flanges. It looked like one was still leaking so I asked them to come back to fix it. He found a crack in one flush tank, so I picked up a new toilet. The plumber came back with the general manager. They remounted one toilet, and installed the new toilet. All was fixed better than before I called them. Very good customer service, and a pleasure to work with Blanco A/C, Electrical & Plumbing. Highly recommended. |

Don't worry we definitely have all the time in the world to take off work and just wait around our house which has been flooded for a week due to a problem they "fixed" a year ago. |
