| Leslie Herron | This Home Depot is ok. I've purchased things from them before, but as always it's like pulling teeth to find people to help you. I have never purchased anything to have installed however. Anyway, I purchased a toilet and paid to have it installed. I never heard from them so I decided to call them. Well they told me it would be a week later before they could come out. They also said they don't give an open window time, but they would call 30 minutes before they arrive..I work and so happen I could not take that call at that minute. I called them within less than 7 minutes and they told me that I would have to reschedule because I missed the call..IT WAS LESS THAN 7 minutes. Anyway, I could go on and on with fighting with them, I just returned the merchandise and got my money back. Long story short, from this experience the installation part of the Home Depot service sucks. |
