We had a slab leak and called Accurate Leak and Line. Josh, the owner, and Clayton were here that day with their equipment and diagnosed and located the slab leak. 2 days later, two great plumbers, Curtis and Patrick arrived and fixed the leak in 3 1/2 hours. All very professional and friendly. Very knowlegeable and competent. The price was fair and we just couldn't be more pleased. Accurate Leak deserves 5 stars for this encounter.

It was an absolute nightmare to deal with this company! From talking to our buyer without our permission and before talking to us! to threatening to put a lien on our house the day work was completed and before the permit was given by the city - after they had already tried to complete it without a permit until we caught them in the act, this company and their owner, Josh, was completely unprofessional and made it clear that they are in this for the money. There are too many plumbing companies in Austin to risk hiring this one! If you do hire them, be very careful that they are pulling permits and completing work as described in the quote.

Sometimes you just anticipate the worst. How nice it is when you do encounter fantastic service. They came out the next day and quickly explained everything about the leak and the next steps. Then quickly diagnosed that it was a potential easy fix that the plumber could solve without expensive digging etc. Very happy as I was expecting the worst!
