| Melissa Jackson-Phothirath | Buyer beware!! Curl Construction built my brand new home in 2019 and 7 others on land that is known for flooding for 20 years. I've had standing water for 6 months. Greg Curl said he would come out and put a swale in then a curtain drain swale was supposed to have been done when the houses were built per codes dept in city of Manchester but has yet to do so and that was around Thanksgiving. I've been told by him, his project manager, Blake, and the sellers that this is normal and should have been expected. He says he can't come and fix because...water! When I said I wanted everything in writing, he said I have been one of the most difficult people he's had to ever try to fix anything for. I'd been dealing with them patiently for 5 months at that point; he's angry at me after 1 week. |
