Archaic payment options. They want direct access to your bank account. I had multiple checks not cashed and my water shut off for a reconnection fee until I allowed them direct access to my checking account. I haven't had any mischarges, but I prefer not having to give direct access to my account.

If I could put zero stars I would. This company is stuck in the dark ages and needs to climb out from under the 50 year old rock their living under. Seriously, this company is stuck in the dark ages. I'll never buy another house in the area just BECAUSE of this company. No wonder Pleasant View is stagnant while the rest of the area flourishes with growth.

What company doesn't send you a late notice? This worthless establishment, that's who. We paid our water bill the same day we pay our electricity yet for whatever reason, the payment didn't go through online and yes there was money in the account but we didn't realize there was a problem until the water was shut off. No common decency to send out a late bill with this company. They just turn it off and then charge you 40 to have it turned back on. I absolutely despise this company. If I had another place to get my water from I would do it. When dealing with this company, make sure you check your bank account immediately after paying along with your email. And also write down your confirmation number. Otherwise, you might just get screwed over. Also, the woman that answers their phone needs to learn some customer service skills.
