I called Caputo that morning to see if they could take care of all of them and by the end of the day all of our issues had been fixed perfectly. Brian worked quickly and Chaz even made a separate trip to my home to deliver a part for my water heater. Initially, I didn't care about the cost. I just needed it done to sell my home. To my surprise the bill was very reasonable. About half of what I would have expected for such quick service. In the future Caputo will absolutely be my first call for plumbing or hvac service. I hope this review helps them and others, they sure helped me during a very stressful time. |
| Casey Nathan | Caputo has a few dedicated and very thorough hourly workers. However, I suspect he sells sophisticated HVAC units about which he knows very little. Couple a one year labor warranty with limited education on a product line... that's a steady income stream at the cost of the consumer. |
