The showroom was great! Service was friendly.

My husbands friend who is a large client of this company told me to stop by, pick out a tub, get a model number and he would get it for me. So today, I decided to drive over an hour to visit this showroom. Upon walking into the showroom, the receptionists did not even acknowledge me. I waited and waited for someone to help me. I then went to the receptionist to see if I could get a price and a model number I found on a tub I wanted, I asked for a brochure. She was gone for several minutes so I started walking around again to see if I could get someone to help me. A tall lady with dark hair and black rimmed glasses came over to try and help me. I said to her I would like a price and info on a tub. She said well normally we have people make appointments. I told her a friend of my husbands told me to just drop by and she again said they normally operate on appointments. She had no clue about the tub, she went and got some kind of book and proceeded to give me prices being very negative saying that maybe 25-30 off, she didn't know, maybe months to get the tub, she didn't know. She made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed that I had driven over an hour to get there. She was being very rude and negative so I made the decision that this company would not get my business. As I was walking out she asked if I wanted the brochure, and I said, “no thank you, what I wanted was some customer service,” for which this company is greatly lacking. Keep in mind they have listed all over their doors their showroom hours and nowhere does it say by appointment only. So disappointed in this business as they had a couple of products I really wanted.
