| Jesse Martin | no customer service at all i didn't receive my bill last mouth and missed the payment, when i called in to make a payment as soon as i got the next month's bill they charged me a 75.00 meter lock fee although they never locked my meter , and they also said sent someone out to tell me about it but i never saw any one. the only reason i gave one star is because you cant give a no star rating |
| BarefootDaisies | Be prepared for "water outages" that last several hours at LEAST once a month. Like today, our water has been off over 12 hours and is still off. You can't get any of the people listed for emergency water outages to answer the phone. It's now almost 7pm and my water was out when I first woke up at 5:30am. I'm sure we will be without water all night. Customer service is pathetic. I've called all 3 numbers over 10 times in the past 12 hours but not one of them answered. Guess if your water goes out after hours/weekends you're just out of luck. So, Tracy, Barry and Paul the emergency outages contacts thanks for nothing. |
