This company tried to charge us for 2000 in crown molding for a kitchen renovation, and told me they accidentally gave me the wrong quote, and said there might be a glitch in their system. I told them that I hoped that the glitch hadn't been there for the previous customers. If you are getting a quote from them, make sure you do your homework and ask your questions. Get second, even third opinions. They were my 3rd quote and they were double my first two quotes. I asked for a quote on granite and they were 5000 over the first two quotes and could not provide me an explanation as to why. This business wants to make money. They want to make it off of one job, apparently. Companies with integrity are few and far between. I was really disappointed at the outcome of dealing with this business. |
| Mt Inn Home | Home Depot sent this company to my house to install some kitchen cabinets I purchased through them. This nice guy name Chip arrived and everything was fine at first. Unfortunately, they are VERY SLOW and the delay of this project held up other home projects which ATM wasn't concerned about. The sub contractors that ATM used showed zero professionalism - many being rude and one was screaming non-stop profanity. My Kitchen installation experience has been entirely disappointing and Home Depot should be concerned about how their reputation is being tarnished. |
