James Page was our technician and was very kind, personable, and professional. He is a true believer in the Hiller way of making customers happy and going the extra mile and has made us believers. We may not ALWAYS choose Hiller because of price, but I know that if I want the job done right and quickly, I can trust Hiller to do the right thing. James took the time to ask if we needed anything else and even offered to straighten up our screen door for us as he noticed that the hinges were loose.

Hiller was contracted to replace my 70yr old fathers water line from road to home. left the old line open and the basement was flooded leaving my elderly father with over 3000.00 worth of damage. Les, their lead technician agreed the carpet should be replaced and received several quotes to do so. Their insurance company will not pay for the damages in full and is attempting to have him sign a release of liability for only 1012.00 which is only 1/3 of the damage created by their lack of performance. I would not recommend this company to any residential consumer. They will not stand behind their work and if they make a mistake will not make things right as an honest contractor should. Please beware of the risks you will be accepting of in hiring Hiller of Dickson.

I could not be home so my brother remained at my house to meet the technician. When I returned home, my brother told me the leaking sink pipe issue was resolved; technician so polite and professional, prompt and he was so impressed the technician was efficient in handing the administrative process required by my insurance claim. Even though it was just a bit pricey I would still deal with them over another less expensive company because I know they stand by their work and are honest and will do the best job in the long run and you cannot put a price on that. I will still continue to use Hiller in the future for that reason.
