This man took advantage of our desperate situation. This man agreed to show up to fix an emergency service call. When he came in, he looked at our problem and said that he can fix it pretty easily, but needed to get paid first. I said that that is not how this works, but he said that he needs to get paid at least what his service call was worth. Me, previously being a trades man myself, understood his plight, just didn't agree with the delivery. I then asked him how long it would take, and he said he couldn't tell me that either, until he was paid. He knew how desperate we were and used it against us. I paid him his 40 dollars, then he tried to diagnose what was wrong. After proving him wrong with his first diagnosis he was not very willing to get to the bottom of the problem. He proceeded to kick the toilet, and by some miracle, it worked. Over all, I would not let him into my home again. His over all demeanor was shady and I am locking my doors because of him.
