jacksepticeye jr | Just a heads up to their billing process. I was not 10 days past the due date on one month billing and they turned it off. Most utility companies base turn off by your due date plus 30 days this company, according to them base it off of billing cycle. So if your billing cycle ends on the 25th of the month then the 25th of the next month if not paid they will turn you off. Does not matter if you just received your bill one week prior they will turn it off. They do not offer electronic billing they rely on the Post Office so go on line and just pay the bill on or before the next billing cycle ends. Basically it's your responsibility to just know your cycle and pay within 30 days of the cycle not the due date as that means nothing to them. |
