| Amanda Mccollough | Utilities don't have to have customer service they came on our road about 7 am and didnt even have the common sense to let the entire two roads of homes that they would be without water. I have a disabeled child I called the water company they said the water line broke . I said ik you need to let customers know you are not abel to fulfill the service for the day. Water is not something you can deal without like cable. |
| David D | I have not had any problems except for a main water line break a time or two. No big deal, they are quick to fix it. Water is very good tasting and clean. Much better than well water. I hope they send a line down cherokee drive from lakeshore drive soon. |
| Lara Turley | Worst place I have ever done business. We moved and had the water turned on, well they never got our address right and we never got a bill. Instead of calling us to say “hey we haven't received a payment” they cut our water off. Over a 30.00 bill. This happened 3 times and they never did get our billing straight and after the 3rd time I told general manager it was unfair for me to pay a 80 reconnect fee every time since we weren't getting a bill and asked if they would remove the reconnect fee to which he said no. So I politely told him to cancel our service with them and I would turn our well back on. He said “okay”. Now isn't that great customer service??? Not even caring that you're about to lose a customer and not even trying to retain them? Do not recommend this place at all. Avoid at all costs. |
