From the first phone contact with the office staff, to the completion of the job, the service was the best. The men arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing. The plumbers explained what they were doing, they were open to discuss any other issues in the home and I left knowing I had a forever plumbing company. Great experience.

They came out and "inspected" my water heater to ensure it was working properly. They wrote in the report "came out to look at water heater and there is no leaks and elements are fine and no damage and is in PROPER WORKING ORDER" I am still getting NO hot water. Called and questioned and they stated they never checked the ensure the water ran hot. I asked how they could write it up as proper working order when they didn't even fully check to ensure it was in proper working order. Company offered NOTHING for their mistake.

Was busy leaving reviews for untrustworthy companies but forgot to leave a review for one that was. Called them the first time for quote and tech told me what I needed to do for water heater insulation if I wanted to do it myself. I didn't feel comfortable so called them back and they let me watch. No problems or leaks with install. I appreciate the fact the first tech was honest with me.

Thomas and his partner came after 5 pm to diagnose and repair a leak in the water supply line that resulted in a bill last month, 10x normal rate. The new supply line will be trenched and buried in a few days. Very fair billing combined with courtesy and prompt service. They have a customer for life!
