Curtis Watson and his crew came over and fixed my parents heater. This was not an easy job. They came in and not only got it all done, but the EXCEPTIONAL customer service they provided will definitely be something that we will never forget! Every time they answered my parents questions it was yes ma'am, no ma'am and yes sir. Curtis and his crew even took the time to explain everything to my parents and my 12 year old son. They were a hard working crew and were awesome role models for my Son. We felt like we gained a few more family members today! Very professional and clean installation. Replaced the heating/ac in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service. They made sure I was fully set up to operate the system controls.

The process was excellent from beginning to end. Chelsea was courteous and informative. Tina's response time was amazing and she said “every minute counts when you don't have hot water”! Felix was at my house within 20 minutes. He took time with me, explaining my options for a new hot water heater, and figured out the best one for my needs and budget. Felix got soaking wet going back and forth to the truck while installing the new unit, but he kept a great attitude throughout the process. Everyone was professional but also laid back and interactive with me. I couldn't ask for a better experience!
