Neither one of the guys wanted to crawl under the house to check out my leaking pipe but when one poked his head in the access door he announced no one would go under the house because there were nests of black widow spiders everywhere! After I paid 125 to a pest control company to crawl under the house...they informed me there was nothing under the house but a large pool of water and a disconnected pipe. I called a REAL plumber and they fixed my pipe.
