First time using Webb. Would absolutely go back. Great service, the nicest people, and the stock/supply choices from A-Z for any type of plumbing or heating are A+++.....they have it or can get it. Or even tell you where to go for possible obsolete items. Showroom is neat, clean, and perfectly organized. I'm looking forward to having lunch there that is offered in Friday's and often during the summer on the grill they have there. Talk about taking care of business. They've got it going on!!!!!

These people are excellent! Dave at FW Webb saved us today after a plumber stole a data plate off our water heater that blew prematurely. He went to considerable lengths to figure out a solution for having our warranty still cover the replacement, and I know it was inconvenient to him. I am so impressed by his professionalism and customer service ethic. He really helped us out of a tight spot as we had no way to make the other plumber return it and do the right thing,.
