How to even start...what a great company! First the salesman Dan came out and was full of knowledge, my kids and dog could not be more uncooperative during his visit and he could care less, he was great awesome personality, and really a good person. Now I will say I had 3 other sales people before JK and it was not the same experience. He came in and identified my problems and then took his measurements asked about my budget and said he would get back to me. Not got going to lie I thought it would be a crazy high quote to replace my furnace and AC as I said 3 before him had huge plans for big dollars. When Dan emailed me I couldn't believe it. not only did he meet my budget he gave me a variety of options and explained each one. He didn't try to push me into anything. My wife and I chose what we felt was best and, started the process. That leads me into the install. I couldn't ask for a better group of guys they took there time and did an amazing job it was done right and they asked the right questions. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience this is a great company I will never call around again these guys are true pros and the customer comes first.

We have used this company for over 25 years and have never had a problem of any kind. They are always on time , nice, and do a great job explaining any concerns you may have! Today we had Phil D. do our winter check up. Very thorough. Always feel better when the filter is changed and everything is checked out for the upcoming cold weather. They are the only ones we will ever use.

As usual, the service gentleman Charlie provided excellent service. Charlie was very courteous and thorough. He provided in depth knowledge of my system, the work he was performing, troubleshot areas of concern, and pointed out future components that I should be aware of in terms of possible replacement. He was a pleasure to speak with and was courteous and proactive in his approach to quality service - wore booties while in my house. Thanks Charlie! and thank you JK Mechanical for another job well done!
