Plumbing services by Groff’s Heating Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc. in Willow Street, Pennsylvania

I've used Groff's as my plumbing company for several years now and have never had any issues or complaints with their service. My house is old so I've had water valves replaced, pressure regulator installed, water softener system installed, battery back up sump pump installed, kitchen fixture replaced and some other odd jobs completed. In all my dealings, the plumbers were friendly and knowledgeable and never hesitated to answer my questions as I am one of "those" customers who rubber neck and engage with the technicians. Customer service was friendly and easy to work with as well. I found their price to be fair and the workmanship excellent. Not sure why/how other customers get substandard service but I have not found that to be my case.

Flexible, quick turnaround scheduling of non-urgent tasks. Our technician Bill was efficient and friendly, and we are looking forward to having Groff's back soon, when we replace our bath and kitchen faucets. Job well done, at a good price!

Ran out of water and we called a plumber and got an outrageous quote and a laundry list of things they “needed” to fix. Called Groffs afterwards and they came out right away. They fixed the problem and saved us thousands of dollars by only fixing what was truly wrong. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future!!
