Hugh and team were quick and responsive and the unit was replaced within a few days. Even though the job took two days they worked with me and my tenants to ensure that the house had hot water during the times they weren't working on it. The end result is a properly installed on-demand water heater, and I am pleased with the work, timing, and price.
