This company is excellent. They came out the same day I called because I had no heat. The tech, Dave, diagnosed that my fan had quit. They had to order a new fan and, thankfully, we had a small heat wave while I had no heat. They called as soon as the part came in and John came out that day to install the fan. About 20 minutes later I had heat. I am very impressed with every one I had contact with at R.J. Groner. The women that I talked to were very nice and very helpful. The techs were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. I will always use them when my furnace decides to call it quits. I also do not feel that they try to price gouge either. I thought what I paid was a good price.

Have been dealing with RJ Groner at this location for almost 15 years. They have taken care of all my heating, plumbing, air conditioning, sewer pump and generator needs most efficiently and courteously. Highly recommend them if you want to have a stress free existence in your home.

I have a heat pump unit, still under warranty, but it shut off and I had no heat. I called RJ Groner at 4:50 PM and they said they would send someone to my house that night. Had to call a second time at 8:00 PM since no one had shown up. They assured me that someone will be at my house that night, and they were true to their word in that a tech did show up at around 9:50 PM. The tech was excellent! He discovered that a fuse had blown. He checked the inside wiring and that seemed fine. He then checked the wiring on the outside unit and found a wire where the insulation had been damaged because it had been against the copper coils inside the unit. He taped the wire insulation, replaced the fuse and all was well in less than one hour. Besides having to call twice and a somewhat late response, the overall experience was very good! I received a follow up call the next day from the office as a check to see if all went well, and I do appreciate follow up calls as it shows the company cares about its service.
