Michelle Citrone | We wanted to put in a new kitchen faucet and called Wildasin & asked what they charge. We were told 89/hr. We scheduled the appointment and the plumber arrived at our house at 11am and departed at 11:22. The bill - 133.50. We were charged travel time from the last client. Not only was that never mentioned it is absurd to charge based on time from the previous job. I understand a flat service fee or a travel fee from their office to my location which is 8 miles apart Manager then says sometimes it works out if previous customer is closer to you?!?? This is both deceptive & unprofessional as it's impossible to know where the technician will be when you schedule & for all you know he could've stopped for gas, food, go to the bathroom etc. I sat around waiting for them so maybe I should bill them for my time stuck at home?? Had they explained this ridiculous policy we would never have used them as there is no way to know your potential cost. We certainly will never use them again. |
Scoganz | Work seems to be Ok but they have a terrible scheduling problem then no-show issues. Rescheduling for me resulted in a week delay from scheduled work day which was initially planned a couple weeks out. |
