| Carol Conforti | Lost our hot water on a Saturday, couldn't get a hold of our usual plumber, called Eric and he came right over, cleaned the unit and got us functioning. He explained the unit is over 20 years old but he could look to see if he could get the parts to fix he didn't push about having to put a new heater in I said that we had built this home and it is probably time to replace the heater. He agrees but wanted to give us the option. We told him to go ahead and price out a new unit and he would get back in touch with us on Monday. He also said to call him if it stops working, he would come back out. |
