I had the pleasure of working with Mike. He is amazing at what he does! Not only was he friendly, responsive, knowledge, informative, efficient, and honest, but I truly believe I was given the best deal possible. He went above and beyond, in many ways, and he had an answer for any question I threw at him. Also, he was very quick from start to finish, while leaving very clean/professional looking work behind. I will definitely return to Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing needs, and I will make it a point to ask for Mike. Great service from a great individual!

Placed a call with a very friendly and helpful person here at the local office. Arrived on time and quickly opened drain in a very professional and courteous manner. Explained the process and reviewed the concern as the line is nearly 50 years old with a variety of sediment build up. Would highly recommend the company and its service.

Tyler and Fernando made a great team. Going in I thought I was going to have to replace a section of pipe from the kitchen sink drain because the clog was so bad but they were able to snake the drain and get it cleared out. They saved me 100 with their hard work and experience. They were very thorough in their work and cleaned up really well after themselves. There was barely a hint that they were even here which is saying a lot for all the gunk they removed from my pipes.
