| Raymond Hogeland | Just moved into the area and needed a few things. I was on Huntington Pike and just happened to notice the sign saying Ackers around the back. I thought, ok, odd location but I'm happy to find local. Truthfully, I was heading towards Home Depot or Lowes, whichever came first. Upon entering the store I noticed a young guy at the register. I gave him a big hello and just got stared at like the guy dressed in black riding into town for the first time. In fact, nobody said a word to me as I walked around looking for the things I needed . In fact the young man without a voice just started ringing me up and gave me a total and the only person that said thanks or thank you was me!!! Next time I can drive right past Ackers on my way to Home Depot and get the same treatment . At least at Home Depot I can expect that. |
