As soon as I left the shop before I got home not even 30 minutes from purchase, I called to tell the rep that sold me the product that I did Not need the pipe but keep the other two parts, immediately he told me that there's a 20 restocking fee. As a first time customer not knowing the policy they would not honor to not charge me. Bad first experience I would have no issue at all on my future purchases. The rep said he had to ship back the product but common sense tells you that you restocking a part that you have hundreds off is not a special order product, that is bad policy and highway robbery. I I special ordered then I agree 100 to charge a restocking fee.
