Brenden was great. I was looking to replace my kitchen faucet, and he was not only on time but able to come early, after coordinating with me to be sure that was something I could accommodate. He was quick, assessed any issues going on with my current setup, and gave me a number of options for my new faucet based on my wants and needs. The price was fair, and a flat fee, which makes it much easier to budget for. He told me about an available coupon I wouldn't have known about as well.

Jourdan was great. He and his associate showed earlier than the time they were supposed to get arrive, which was perfect and I was glad I didn't have to wait all day for them to come out. Very professional and explained the problem I was having with my heater in detail. He was also great with explaining all the options I had available to move forward. Would recommend to others.

We've been using Joseph Giannone for a few years now, after our hot water heater broke on NYE. Jon P. came out today to give it a time up and he was great. He was informative, checked everything needed and made sure we knew what was going on. Every time a service agent has come they have put on booties to keep the house clean and have always been friendly. Every time I have called to schedule a yearly tune up or with a question, the staff has been wonderful and so kind. We will continue to use them.
