The owner of this company is fantastic. He sends his employees out as quickly as possible. He and His employees are respectful and knowledgeable. We have needed their services several times and we are always impressed. They are the best.

Rapid Repair did an excellent job repairing a PEX water line that a well-known major company refused to work on. The guys from Rapid Repair knew exactly how to deal with the problem and got the repair done quick. Makes me wonder why Horizon said they couldn't do it. No one can claim perfection but after seeing these guys get the job done I feel comfortable with their professionalism and I would absolutely call them again in the future.

Well I want to say how very VERY much I Like Mike and his company. I have an extended warranty on my manufactured home I placed on a piece of property almost 3 years ago. The home was bought from Clayton Homes. Anyway my heater went down on Feb 21st. I called the HVAC contractor who hooked up everything when we moved here, called him 5 times no callback at all. Called Clayton they told me who to call. basically to make a long story short they sent out Rapid Repair. Mike fixed the problem and I had heat back quickly. As stated in a previous post It is hard to find company's who can fix problems in manufactured housing. I know I will be calling Mikes company again for help no doubt. Thanks Again Mike.
