| Jennifer Franklin | Crooks! Came to repair furnace. Told us what he thought the problem was, 1000 later and still no working furnace in the dead of winter. Called back said they would send someone out and nobody ever showed. Did not pay the invoice and told them to get their parts out cause it still wasn't working and I was done messing with it. Called a month or so later and ask to purchase parts from it since i was no longer going to use it. I agreed. They ripped the parts out leaving only the shell and then said the parts they removed equaled the amount of labor due to them for the initial repair that was never done properly. Took and hour and a half for that repair but said my labor cost was 300. That is a ridiculous labor rate. I feel I was taken advantage of. Repair never completed and took parts with no compensation. I will be contacting others about this issue. Very poor business. Wouldnt recommend these people to anyone. |
