| kevin hennings | I live across the street and go there 2/3 times a week, well I did, but for 2 years sometimes 2 a day but just recently I had a problem returning a defective plumbing part and Howard/ scrooge the owner has a bad reputation of not taking returns,but what happened today was over the top of bad business! I CALLED LAST WEEK FOR A PRICE TO SHARPEN A HAND SAW BLADE AND THEY SAID 12.50 OK NOW I GO To pick it up and he says he also charges a5.00 processing fee but nowhere on his sign or anywhere in the store does it say that and scrooge also tells me the price actually went up to 20 and says he's giving me a break because he originally had an out of date price list it's no problem because now I avoid going there and lows is only 7 miles away .mr scrooge really knows how to loose a costumer and of course everyone I see will know of his poor business practices |
