In less than 24 hrs I had 2 guys here fixing our shower. They were friendly kind and efficient. Made our choice based on other great reviews, and that they were local to our hometown. Even after our shower was fixed, they were awesome and took time to look at other problem areas to eventually get updated. Very thankful we now know who to call for our plumbing/heating needs.

My four inch soil pipe cracked and needed to be replaced, along with some of the surrounding plumbing. I heard great things about Bondurant Plumbing from several coworkers, so I gave them a call. Rich came out and gave me a very thorough analysis of my particular problem and discussed options with me. When I hired them for the job, Rich and his partner arrived on time and completed a complicated repair quickly and neatly, which was impressive since the job involved replacing the pipe from the roof to below the concrete foundation. The price was more than reasonable, and the service was fantastic. These are honest, friendly people who answered all my questions. I plan on using them again for another bathroom I'm going to remodel.

Our very old water heater started dripping late on Friday afternoon. I was able to speak with Rick Bondurant, he walked me through our options and was able to get me on the schedule for Monday. Dave was the technician who came out and he was wonderful and did such a great job! We could not be more pleased with how responsive, courteous and professional everyone was. RF Bondurant Plumbing will definitely be our go-to company and we will happily recommend them to everyone we know.
