| Anne Kwasneski | Before signing with this company, I highly recommend that you first watch a you tube video regarding the "change order scam". The basic premise of the scam is to come in low, get your foot in the door, and then "discover" more issues to jack up the price. We initially contacted the company to have our 4 basement walls repaired. We were quoted a price of 10890, for which we made a downpayment of 3630. The first day of scheduled work 3 men arrived who drilled holes in the walls possibly weakening them more??? and then said that they had to leave to obtain "longer fasteners". Lo and behold, they never returned. Instead we were told a representative from the company would be contacting us. Two representatives later, we were told that our basement required more drastic measures, and were quoted 39400 for the necessary repairs! We subsequently sent a letter stating that we were not going to pursue the repair, and asked that we be refunded our initial deposit. It has been several weeks and we have received NO communication back. |
