Had a water heater that started leaking on Friday night. Called Stong on Saturday. They sent a plumber over within 2 hours to assess and provided a quote. They returned Monday a.m. with a new heater and completed the installation by 1 p.m. The quality of the work was good, no shortcuts taken, and the workers took care to protect floors in the finished basement and clean up when finished. All very smooth and professionally done. Good communication throughout. Price was fair, after a bit of negotiation.

Stong replaced my hot water heater. Two months later we started getting sulpher smell in hot water. After house visit and water test they suggested to replace anode rod with aluminum rod. We were desperate as odor was awful. They first quoted 649 plus over night shipping. Told them to go back as that seemed high. Came back two weeks later and said 454 and they had to replace otherwise it would void warranty. Got part number when they came to install and went on line and found exact same part for 16.99. Sent them email and asked for consideration. No response. Followed up for two months. Nothing. Called Bradford White warranty department and was told that anyone could replace anode rod and would not void warranty. Stong miss represented the warranty and further lied about service. Don't trust them!
