| Maxine Whitus | Please DO NOT use this company. We are extremely upset that we trusted them to provide the scope of work needed to correct our septic issues. They told us THAT NO WARRANTY would be needed because if there were any issues they would return. We had issues RIGHT away as the gurgling continued. So their office blew us off blaming heavy rains. Then a few days later early on a Saturday morning RAW sewage started backing up in our home. THIS company REFUSED to back up there work and said they would not even show up to look at the ongoing problems unless we paid them 525 more upfront. We are exploring legal actions now. We are such good people and this is not at all how a customer should be treated. We are devastated that we trusted HAMBY'S SEPTIC as they state they now own this company. Terrible people!! |
