Very impressed with this company! I never write reviews, but the service that was given to us was exceptional from the beginning to the end! In this day, it's so hard to find good customer service. But, they are doing everything right. Just wanted information about our home water's healthiness, and strange black appearances that just started showing up. On a Saturday, I sent a "contact us" through their website. Received a response through email within an hour! Totally didn't expect that! Scheduled a time that same week! Matt Stevenson came out - on time! - and was VERY knowledgeable! Listened to our concerns, gave us detailed information, and didn't even try to sell! What a refreshing experience! I would give 10 stars, if I could. GREAT experience!

We had a water softener installed last week. We were very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and installation skills. They went above and beyond to install this in our 120 year old home and patiently answered our many questions. Thank you so much!!

Matt went out of his way to come to my home and perform a necessary water test so that we would be able to obtain a mortgage for our lease/purchase home in a very small timeframe. He then went above and beyond to ensure a UV light system was installed in a timely manner and he even came back to perform a follow up test to be extra-sure our water was safe for my family.
