transistor17046 .	They charged me 600 115 hourly rate to fix a leaky shower faucet two years ago. Joe replaced the faucet with a 175 Delta that I was told had a lifetime warranty. The faucet started leaking again today. When I called Mike Leonard's plumbing they told me to call Delta faucet company and they might send me the parts to fix it for free. I understand that Delta offers the warranty but I paid Mike Leonard's plumbing a lot of money for the repair, not Delta, so it would have been good customer service to offer to make this right instead of pushing me off onto your parts supplier.
