James R. Trujillo, USNRET | Of course they did come out and pump out the septic, however, the individual they sent out didn't exactly know how to do his job and within 2 weeks, we had a septic back up. Did they solve the problem? NO. Did they offer to help? NO. Did they contact us within a timely fashion? NO. Did we ask for our money back? NO. Did the BOSS justify why he couldn't help? YES. Did the BOSS think to double check the work of his subordinate once he learned of the problem? NO. He did offer to charge us more money for the same job and he did tell us to build an ILLEGAL dry well. There's a term we use for people like this in the MILITARY it's called UNPROFESSIONAL, my only question is why did the BOSS decide to ignore the request for help? |
