| Dave Burkett | My furnace broke and I called them on a Saturday around 10pm. Tyler came out and tried fixing it but it needed a part so we had to wait till Monday with out any heat in this cold weather. I called Monday morning and he came out in a short amount of time. Again he tried fixing it without any luck. We ended up needing a whole new furnace. We've had no heat for 4 days. And have to go til Wednesday when the new furnace comes in. They were very professional and polite. They worked on it for hours but they never complained and kept at it till the end. They answered all of my calls which I loved and never made me feel like an inconvenience. I would and will recommend them to everyone. I just love these guys!! So call them first before anyone else because they will get the job done and go above and beyond to help you. Thanks again guys!!! |
