| Daniel Hooven | Scam - Ever Dry was one of four companies that came out to diagnose an issue I was having with water in my basement, the other companies all told me to contact the initial vendor as the weeping holes were clogged and should be covered under warranty, Ever Dry tried selling me a 14,000 system and then after i said i was looking at other vendors pushed hard to lower the price by a few grand if i signed that night. Felt like a sleazy used car salesman, sadly i can see their high-pressure tactics working with senior citizens or other people who get worked by their sales pitch. Ended up getting the issue solved under warranty, sad that this was the only provider out of the four who tried to scare me into buying a system i didnt need. Also, stop the whole spouse sales tactic, its ancient. |
