Plumbing services by Sullivan Super Service in East McKeesport, Pennsylvania

Late one night my son and I discovered that our water heater was streaming water out its side. I was able to shut the water heater down and realize this wasn't going to be an easy fix. I contacted Sullivan through their website and chat after hours. Agreed to have someone come out the very next morning. We were in a time crunch as we were preparing for a trip. That morning two guys came out and accessed the situation. Realizing that the heater was around twenty five years old, I wasn't surprised that it needed to be replaced. They gave me a hard quote which include changing out some supply lines and valves. While the quote seem high, I was more concern about having the project done quickly and correctly. In my business we have an expression "quick, cheap, good pick two". I picked quick and good. They replaced the water heater that day and did a very good job.

Greg was super personable and friendly without being overpowering. He didn't mind my chatting with him and looking over his shoulder as he worked. He explained everything he was doing. I hired Sullivan via HomeAdvisor to replace a kitchen faucet I supplied the faucet itself. I consulted with Greg on other home maintenance issues related to water/plumbing. I was pleased with the quality of the work, the promptness of the service, and the friendliness of all staff to whom I spoke, who made me feel like a valued customer even though this was my first time to use Sullivan. They are a little pricey but with this service experience I feel it was worth it. Would definitely hire again.

I cannot thank Sullivan enough! Matt was so courteous and attentive to keeping me in the loop every step of the way! Scott, Tom, Jake, Jack, and Jim were all so kind, informative, and helpful! This was such an unexpected financial burden and the whole company was willing to work with me and provide me with the best service and as cost effectively as possible! I seriously was so impressed with the customer service all the way down to the financing I think Maureen couldn't be happier with the work and the people. Thank you all!
