| Jamie Collins | Cannot thank these guys enough. Our 30 year old oil system failed during a cold spell. We had put off hooking up to the new gas line recently installed on our property. R.N. Fitch and Sons came in and gave us a quote. We installed a new tankless system that is natural gas. We also had Fitch replace our baseboard heat system. Brad, Bob and Ed were so kind during the process. They papered our hardwood floors and put plastic on the carpets. In May we are having them install a new central air system in our house. My husband and I recommend them to everyone. |
| Mary Conyngham | I am actually writing this review on behalf of my parents since they do not have a computer. At first, I was very frustrated that we could not get on the schedule with RN Fitch. We were told they were "That backed up". I needed new fixtures installed in their bathroom. However, when my parent's well pump failed. I called RN Fitch's answering service and within hours they had their well team there and water restored. While the plumber was there he swapped out the fixtures. After I talked to the owner, I understand now just how busy contractors are today and if qualified employees were grown on trees he would hire 3 more plumbers. These guys were so kind to my elderly parents. I live 2 hours away and felt helpless. I would recommend RN Fitch and Sons to everyone. Be patient the wait is worth the amazing service. Also, compared to what we pay in Philadelphia, these guys are very reasonable. |
