Plumbing services by RF Fager Company in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

I would never spend 1 at the Camp Hill, PA store. My husband and I were in the store for 20 minutes and not a single person offered to help or ask if we had any questions. When I mentioned this to one of the agents, he asked if we stopped by the receptionist desk. Note, there wasn't anyone at the receptionist desk. He even admitted that is a problem that they have. The store closed at 5:00. We're walking toward the front door at 5:02. Some lights were already turned off and we had to exit through an employee side door. While it's nice to browse without someone hovering, it's important to show professionalism and at least extend an offer of assistance. Possibly say, "Hi my name is ______. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance." Or maybe that's asking too much! We are currently remodeling our master bath and kitchen, however, I will spend my money with a business who seems to care about a potential client. People have a choice as to where they spend their money. It seems more respect would be placed on the customer experience and not expect the merchandise to sell itself.

Awesome service bought a part for a Gerber toilet and it fit perfectly every time i go to this establishment they have what i need if they dont have it they have all ways gotten it for me thanks to RF Fager Company

they always no what they are doing, very knowledgeable. very polite and helpful. they go out of there way to take care of you. they are very busy at times and still go out of there way to help us. they understood my problem and fixed me up right away! they even suggested other options to help me out.
