This was the most painless experience I've ever had with a skilled tradesman of any kind. They were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours without using it as an excuse to charge an exorbitant “emergency” rate. They resolved the issue quickly and simply, and even with all this it was remarkable affordable. I don't deal with anyone else; Agentis continues to impress.

My plumber was Mike, and he showed up the same day I called. My neighbor had to let him in, because I couldn't leave work that early. In short, he really went above and beyond. I hadn't had good bathtub draining since I moved in a few years ago, but it had gotten unbearable for my daughters and me. He not only unclogged a couple of really bad clogs, but he found a couple of areas where the newer plumbing had been improperly connected I've been trying to update the bathroom little by little, and he fixed those as well. His work was also very neatly done. There wasn't all this purple glue or messy tapes and jerry-rigging all over the place. I came home for the first time ever to a bathtub that wasn't disgusting from the impossibly slow drain we're talking 2 or 3 hours. He even left one of those rubber hair strainers we all three have long hair. It meant so much to me to have a normal working bathroom, that I finally hung the drywall this weekend which had been exposed insulation for over a year. My daughters were ecstatic. This guy's a keeper.
