Both young men who responded to my home did so in a very punctual and courteous manner. They thoroughly explained the work that would be done and the total cost before starting. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was done well. Coincidentally, my front door knob stopped working while they were there and Mike took it upon himself to fix it for me. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done and would highly recommend this company.

Grantwas well informed about his products. In my case, due to our high demand for hot water and limited space Grant was able to explore several unique solutions a quickly did the research to find an atypical unit that meet our needs. I had shopped 3 other companies and selected Grant and Wolcott for their professionalism and customer centric attitude.

Plumber seemed in a hurry and ended up getting "brown water" all over my bathroom mats and my 2yr old sons bath toys. He then proceeded to walk around the house in the shoes he wore during the 'work'. He admitted that the work he did wouldn't fix the problem and the company would get back to me with a quote to fix the underlying issue - they never did and I don't think I would want it. I will say everyone was very nice, but I just can't recommend based on my experience.
