We scheduled installation of two water heaters based on our own research and thoughts, to match what we were replacing.. Once Adam arrived he discussed our choices and recommended options. Those options could potentially mean cancelling our appointment and rescheduling, but would benefit us. Although that was a disruption of Adams schedule he was kind and flexible. We accepted his suggestions, changed our order and rescheduled. The product change only took a couple of days and Adam was back right away for installation. He did a great job. We have had three prior homes and changed water heaters in each, but this job looked the best, the lines look clean and organized. I realize aesthetics is not the primary importance in a water heater, but leaving a space looking better than you found it is great service. The water heater works great. The suggestions Adam made were a cost saving option as well as a benefit to our home. Thank you for such great service!

Had an excellent experience working with Adam Gomez and Dave and the other folks at Fast Water Heater to replace my water heater. Adam clearly knew what he was doing and clearly answered all my questions. Don't know how they compare to others on price -- especially since I had to pay extra to have them haul their gear up 40 steps -- but I would definitely recommend them on their quality of service.

Adam, our installer, was very knowledgeable about the Rheem Hybrid water heater we selected when he came out to bid our water heater upgrade project. He provided a very detailed description of what the installation would entail and what steps he'd take to make the necessary adjustments to our existing plumbing. On the day of installation, he walked through the full process and was able to answer all our questions upon completion of the project.
