I had Reliable out because my water heater started leaking. They were very polite on the phone and quick to respond. Dominic the Plumber was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The price was good and he cleaned up afterwards and hauled my old one off. I will make sure to use Reliable in the future.

First off I was in a major emergency my Twenty Six year old Ruud water heater that was supposed to last 6 years finally became completely incontinent there by amassing large quantities of warm rusty water on my garage floor. I called all around getting quotes like most desperate home owners do in a situation such as this. All I was getting back was, "earliest we can do is two and a half days out." Being that it is winter time with babies and a wife who is in desperate need of hot water I made my last call to Reliable Plumbing Inc. The receptionist on the phone was both a delight to speak to and actually cared furthermore was also knowledgeable about my situation. She sent her best man out for the job and he was at my house in twenty minutes. Five minutes after his arrival Dominic had me priced out and set up for instillation of a new water heater. The whole Job was done quietly, quickly, and highly professionally along with being fair priced and not gouged for money on every little thing. Don't trip over dollars to save dimes with the other corporate pipe houses down the street. You want class, great knowledgeable service and a standard of quality that your grandfathers used to talk about in back in their day then call Reliable. Take it from me I am a landlord and need a good quality plumber, Dominic I am a customer for LIFE! Thank you so very much for the great work!

100 satisfied! These guys knew exactly what to do to deal with my sewer line issue. We had several root penetrations in the old concrete pipe. Dominick arrived before the scheduled time called beforehand to make sure I was free. He replaced the old failing pipe with a new one. Everything works great now. Brandi in the office took care me and fit me in right away even though I called 5 minutes after closing. Super professional. I highly recommend!
